our practice and our providers along with general wellness information.

on this site, please call the office at 727-375-2222 and press option 7 to request a user name and password. Do not
change the user name and password given to you.
Patient Portal is a work in progress, we are busy gathering
information to implement an interactive web portal. We will be contacting a few individuals to participate in the portal
which will allow self scheduling. If you are interested, call the office and leave a message for Medical Records, option
7. When the Portal is fully functional we will allow everyone access for a nominal fee, this fee covers the web hosting
and thrid party who maintain the Safety and Secruity of the Portal. Currently it is done by EMD-S, who is also our software
vendor.
