We have created this web site for both new and current patients. It includes specific information about our practice and our providers along with general wellness information.

To utilize our passowrd protected places on this site, please call the office at 727-375-2222 and press option 7 to request a user name and password.  Do not change the user name and password given to you.

Patient Portal is a work in progress, we are busy gathering information to implement an interactive web portal.  We will be contacting a few individuals to participate in the portal which will allow self scheduling.  If you are interested, call the office and leave a message for Medical Records, option 7.  When the Portal is fully functional we will allow everyone access for a nominal fee, this fee covers the web hosting and thrid party who maintain the Safety and Secruity of the Portal.  Currently it is done by EMD-S, who is also our software vendor.
