Patient Portal will Launch in 2012, due to problems with the interface, we have been unable to start the focus group.  If you wish to be a part of the patient portal please consider volunteering.  New Patient Portal Available, volunteer to be part of our focus group as we build in the ability to view your labs, ask a question, download your chart information, request an appointment and self schedule.  The portal will be free to the first 15 people willing to be a part of our focus group, who will communicate regularly about the portal and submit feedback.  The Portal functionality will be available to everyone for $25 a year.  Contact Selena (Medical Records) regarding Portal. 727-375-2222.
